Welcome to Luigi & Sons!
This restaurant starts and ends with family. Luigi Rizzo was born in Palermo, Sicily, and when his father died in 1970 he came over to America to live in Brooklyn, New York, with his mom and the majority of his siblings (He was one of twelve). The Marinara sauce we use is his fathers recipe.
In 1978 Luigi met his wife, Brenda, in Ohio at a friends restaurant. They married and went on to have nine children: 3 girls and 6 boys. Five of his sons are working in our restaurant today, using his recipes while adding a few of their own.
Luigi has definitely passed down his love for good food!
